1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, booking a treatment, or using the services of Golden Luxury Wellness Spa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Appointments

• All appointments must be booked in advance via phone (+91 8657471699) or WhatsApp.
• Bookings are confirmed only upon verbal or written confirmation from our team.
• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no reduction in charge.
• We reserve the right to reassign therapists based on availability without prior notice.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We request a minimum of 2 hours' advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• No-shows without prior notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.
• Rescheduling is available subject to therapist availability.

4. Health & Medical Conditions

Guests are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications to treatment prior to their session. Golden Luxury Spa reserves the right to decline or modify treatments based on health concerns for the safety of the guest and therapist. Our therapists are wellness professionals and not medical doctors — massage therapy does not constitute medical treatment.

5. Code of Conduct

• All guests are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct with our therapists and staff.
• Any inappropriate behaviour, requests, or language will result in immediate termination of the session.
• Golden Luxury Spa is a legitimate therapeutic wellness centre. We do not offer or condone any services of an inappropriate nature.
• Violators will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

6. Liability

Golden Luxury Wellness Spa takes every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all guests. However, we are not liable for any personal injury, loss of personal belongings, or adverse reactions that occur despite reasonable precautions. Guests participate in all treatments at their own risk and are encouraged to consult their physician before booking if they have any medical concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the exclusive property of Golden Luxury Wellness Spa and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
